Unfortunately my opinion is not about the park, it is more about customers service, I had an emergency with my daughter and I had to cancel the trip to the park, but I was very satisfied with the refund of the money, and the quick response I had by sending an email.My money cleared quickly in the account. Thanks for everything I hope to return to make another reservation
The experience was great. Except the food. The food was not good. It was overpriced and not the best quality. It also seemed like it has been sitting out for a while. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.
So much fun for kids and family.! Great idea bring the this to the south. Will definitely go back.
Everything was great the place was beautiful activities were fun for both the children and adults the bathrooms were clean
Tubing was fun. All lanes were not open so lines got very long at times. The "magic carpet" ride up to the slopes was very jerky and the side rail was difficult to hold onto. We chose to walk in the center the 2nd time up and while it was great exercise, we had to step onto the moving area to get across. Should be able to walk ahead but stand blocked. I brought my grandkids and we had a blast! The family tube was awesome!! I bought the tickets online, and that process was simple. Overall excellent experience!
Well planned & layed out. Great family venue! Will recommend to anyone who asks! This was very, very enjoyable ! We'll do it again, for sure!!
Good experience. The slopes are well run and managed. We were able to ride several times during our 2 hour window of time. The Arctic Igloo was too crowded for an enjoyable experience. I recommend going during off peak times for a better experience. Overall, well done and a great new Florida experience that should be enjoyed by all. Perfect for the holidays.
First off I was Very Impressed with the Employees. They were on the Ball and working hard to make sure everyone was having a Great Time. The slides were Great as well and all of the “Extras”...like the local vendors...really made for a Fun experience! We poked our head in the Igloo area for a few moments...and it seemed like everyone was enjoying themselves! Overall...we had a Terrific Time!
