Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

It was very fun. The snow tubing was amazing. Had a blast. Mu 5 year old granddaughter loved it as well!
I thought overall it was a really cute and welcome design down here in Florida. I loved the 'sold out' factor to help not have a bunch of people around given the world at the moment. And for the most part I felt like the staff was pretty good about making sure regulations werent just a 'if you feel like it'. I felt the photos online made it seem a whole lot bigger then what it was, but it was cute and welcoming none the less. We had an amazing time. I loved the 2 hour time slots because it really kept the crowds down. I was worried my 2 year old wouldn't want to do the slides but he had a blast and we were able to go several times on the family slides. The single and double rider lines were long but we got right on as a group of 6.
I loved the idea and the activities were very fun. However, the staff talked to our group of 4 adults like we we’re toddlers like we were purposely tying to get into trouble all of the time. First, it started in the tube area and us and not standing on the escalator right (i am sorry I have never been on those things”. Then I didnt have my legs in a perfect Indian style on the way down, got in trouble for that. So much fun - vendors were overpriced but overall a good time.
We had a great time. It is more of a carnival setting with portable bathrooms and extremely expensive food trucks. We traveled two and a half hours and had we known those two things we would have allowed for extra time to stop on the way. Other than that, the employees were friendly and we had fun.
The staff was rude on several occasions. Twice to my family directly and several times overhearing dialogue with other guests. The food vendors were not prepared and extremely slow. The bathrooms were over flowing. The igloo was very disappointing basically walking on what felt like dumped ice. The decorations were very nice and the "sledding" was fun. The kids had fun, however....horrible customer service. Extremely unfriendly staff! Very rude.
Such a wonderful experience! The set up is amazing. Open access for easy mobility. Great market, open and covered seating, food court and great area for the smaller kids.
