TERRIBLE DECISION to go with there!… we spend an hour waiting to slide on the “snow tubing” the tubes had NO ice, people were getting stuck on the “snow tubbing” (see picture attached) BUT the WORST was that there was no accountability on the entire park, this man call ADAM, was rude, disrespectful, it just an embarrassment of an individual who only care to impose his authority and has no customer service skills, we complained about the safety and disorganization of the place and he (ADAM) rushed my family out of the area, c... read more

My family of 7 enjoyed opening night. We were lucky there were no lines and parking was easy. Ages of my family ranged from 15 to 70. Positive experiences all around. We did the single, tandem and 10 person sleds, ice skating, visited with Santa and enjoyed some hot food and drinks. Suggestions were more fire pits especially over by the ice skating. 9 in my family went from ages 5 to 72. We all had an amazing time!! The staff were all so kind! Couldn’t believe we were going down snowlides, playing in the snow and ice skating in Florida!!! As the Grandmother of the group I wish you would do some intermediate size slides. I did the 10 person tube with the family but, not sure that is wise for me to do it again. Would love to take my family again next year and get to ride an intermediate slide!!! LC
How dare you kick out a woman, her family and the service dog that alerts for seizures! That is against the law, federal law, which overrides Florida's crap disability laws. She was treated like a criminal! Shame. Shame. Shame. Zero stars.
Horrific place Watched a Heartless Security Guard Remove paying Patrons that had a Service dog for Seizures without understanding Federal HIPA laws will never go back advising Family and friends of the terrible act.
