Great place!! However for an experience with a lime reserved it was very crowded tubing with 10 people. We only got 2 rides.
The kids had fun! We really enjoyed the time at Snowcat Ridge.
Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. We plan on coming again.
Main complaint was with the snow globe. The snow ball fights were unacceptable! My three year old minding her own business got chucked in the stomach by an older teen throwing snowballs!!!! Absolutely not ok to not have security with a known problem. The gentleman at door did nothing but say “people don’t listen” my three year old cried and refused to go back in. Awful our barcode didn’t work for one set of tickets but worked for the other set we were told someone used it already which was a lie we drove 1.5 hours so that was impossible when I asked to speak with a manager she closed the window in my face then called the manager who had a fire arm on him I was terrified being that I had 5 kids under the age of 13 with me one being my daughter who the trip was for being diagnosed this year with epilepsy and had not done anything fun since July we were asked the leave the premises I ca... read more
I had a wonderful experience from every single area I had been to at Snowcat Ridge. The tubing area was a lovely experience. The lines weren't too short or too long they were just right enough for me to go on for a total of 4 times! The employees in both the food and non-food areas were always nice and helpful in terms of letting us know what areas were located where specifically. All in all, I'll definitely be coming back next year to try this again :)).
Overall good experience but have some recommendations. The ice skating attendant was extremely slow. Did NOT appreciate that the prices for entry kept increasing. We didn't notice that until last minute and that should be advertised to encourage people to buy early. No WIFI so couldn't access electronic tickets for food prepurchased and although attendant assisted she was not very happy to help.
