Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Sledding experience overall was fair. Would have been great but long lines, some sled surfaces/ lanes very slow compared to others and most disappointing was lack of any vendors open before noon. Even if they were open, many more are needed. Igloo/ snow was good. Staff okay for the most part but most seemed fairly unhappy and virtually no one smiled.
Brought my girls and then went back at night for the lights it was a great day
We booked the 12 to 2pm slot and it was very organized. Plenty of time for the kids to go several times. The ice dome was fun. There was only one option for food, one food truck with a 40 min wait for your food. We ended up leaving the park and eating outside.
We had a great time. The lines for the slide moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was nice and helpful. My grandsons had a lot of fun in the Igloo, visiting it three times. The food was great carnival type food. We enjoyed a warm, soft pretzel, fried oreos, cheesy fries, cotton candy, fresh lemonade and hot chocolate.
What a FABULOUS experience! We expected to have a good time, but because of the obvious pre-planning for crowd management, there was never any waiting in line for long periods of time and there was continued explanation of what would happen next! Covid care was always observed, food and adequate rest rooms available, you could even roast marshmallows over fire pits! What a great idea...what a great time.
Loved it! Well worth the money. Vendors with food needed more help. We'll be back!
My family loved it especially my toddler. All of the employees were wonderful and very pleasant. I really loved that my youngest was able to ride. Unfortunately the only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I did get hurt. We went down the family tube and I feel like we may have been going to fast(which didn’t happen the previous times we rode) when we hit the bottom we bounced hard enough for me to loose my grip with one hand and fly up and slam down so hard that I saw stars and almost passed out.
