What a great adventure with the grandkids!
Not enough open Lanes. Waiting in line was very long. Especially for single rider's. Igloo was a mess. Snow was dirty
Fun night! Your booking numbers are great! Sold out and we didn’t have to wait in long lines to slide
Extremely disappointed with the bathroom situation! The staff was extremely friendly however there was no baby changing station! And trash near the Porta potty‘s was overflowing! Thought they could use more food trucks & vendors! Other than that my family and I had a great time left with a smile on our faces!
Well, it was perfect weather on Saturday, Jan.9. it was cold enough to be really authentic as a snow park. Great for Floridians who don't get the chance to experience seasons regularly. The tubes were great fun and the igloo was fun to watch the little kids. Great place to celebrate my birthday.
Lines were not long waits and we had a very good time. It was a chilly day and the fire pits were great

I liked the experience but, there should be more attractions besides the sledding
I brought my husband and 4 of our 6 children. 4 boys (16, 13, 8 & 5). We had an AWESOME time and experience!! I will say, the staff was friendly and fun, the slides were SO MUCH FUN, the igloo is FREEZING (bring gloves!) and I heard the food wasn’t that great but we had some DELICIOUS snacks (churros were sooooo yummy, pretzels were delish and the kettle corn was fab!) I guess if you’re going there to eat a dinner, it may not be what you’re looking for but we definitely enjoyed ourselves! I 100% recommend!!!! We will be back... read more
