The idea of sledding in Florida is unique and great concept. We attended NY Day and it was packed In addition very hot so hard to wear masks (which a lot of people were not, we did) going from the igloo which was very cold to sweating outside. Several Fire pits were burning so we all smelt like smoke. Inside the igloo the kids really enjoyed it. It was more frozen ice the any playable snow. Also, there were 2 drink vendors and 1 food vendor. At 3:30 pm they were out of majority of non alcoholic beverages that they offered ... read more

Tubing was fun and fast. Could use more lines open. Was disappointed that the village shipping tents were almost all closed.

Ypu need more vendons and probably shouldn't charge 5$ for basic hot cocoa. Not impressed for the time we took to get there and the money we spent. You shold offer more to do once you get there. Also the snow was like sludge and it would have been better if it was falling... might be good enough for a Floridian. Kids did have fun. My back still hurts but worth it and I'm younger. Bottom of the slope was definitely a rough landing.

One gentleman on the family slop Was super mean and screamed at the family infront of us because he wanted 2 people from their family to join a family of 4.. its called Family tubing! He said he would hold the line all night until 2 of them got on. I was a little scared! Luckily the amazing youngh women who was in charge of helping people on just sent them off. The food was good! Lemonade stand was good! Overall had a nice fami... read more

We had 10 family members and had a ball. The only thing we could have wished for was the weather to be cold. Unfortunately out of everyone’s control. 🙂 Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
