Staff was great except for lady at entrance to snowy slopes escalator who was telling people to leave several minutes before expiration time. Also more food choices would be nice. And falling snow inside ice globe would enhance the experience. Definitely would be back again despite 2 hr drive.

Well organized. Plenty of time to sled. Wasn’t too crowded. Reasonably priced.

Had an awesome experience with 13,10 and 7 year old nephew and grandsons! We will do it again. Would like to have gone on the family tube more than once however the line was way to long. And hope that flushable toilets will be working next time. Port a potties just a big NO. Food and drinks ok, fire pits was a good experience. All employees are very helpful and cheerful 😊

Our teenage girls had a great time and loved sledding! Very clean. That was worth the money. Disappointed with portable bathrooms. Paid a lot of money for portables and the were not well kept. Not enough food vendors or activities to do in the village. Many people were walking around with no masks and there was no social distancing. Actually saw sheriffs helping with crowd control encouraging people to take off masks...disgusting!

This place definitely was an experience we will not do again. You definitely don't get what you paid for by the attractions described on their website. They advertise Snowy Slopes, Arctic Igloo & an Alpine Village. The snowy slopes was the only part we somewhat enjoyed. 2 hours is just the right amount of time but only if you tolerate large crowds and if you like being yelled at my person with a microphone to keep moving. The Alpine Village was a disappointment. It had rained in the morning before it opened and all of ... read more

Overall good experience, snow was icey and hard in many spots. Lines were long at times, inconsistent wait times. Nice bathrooms would also be nice.
