We had a fantastic time! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was impressed by how clean all areas were. Plenty of staff to keep things running smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

I have a big family 5 kids so for me it was a lil overpriced for the experience but it was a good fam time.Feel there should be some crafts provided for children the price on parking was over paid too much did not like or enjoyed goin in the family slide with strangers specially with the pandemic going on is not safe and should not be happening I was nervous having to sit next to a stranger without the 6 feet space mandated by law but had a good time did not utilized the 2 hours of sliding on ticket did not stay much long af... read more
As a Floridian, I can say I felt as if I weren’t in FL. My family truly enjoyed the slopes and igloo. I appreciated everyone wearing masks. Definitely worth the 4:30 hour ride for us. Made this Christmas season special. Thank you.
We were very happy to see temperature checking, social distancing and sanitary stations for hand washing. Also, food was excellent!! Not to mention we had a great time on the family tube slide!! This trip was part of our Christmas with family and we had a great time. The staff was all great and polite and informative thank you for a great adventure!!
By FAR hands down, no bar, second to none, the best. The staff is awesome they are great. The Staff volunteer to take pics with us and that was awesome....Love these guys
