My kids and I had a blast last night. We spent the two hours sliding down. It goes fast enough to enjoy it but not scary fast. There was enough snow in the Igloo for the kids to make a little snowman. The team members are very friendly. We will definitely come back.

Overall a good experience. Very fun hills. I would go back. However, I was disappointed by lack of enforcement of mask wearing (many guests were completely maskless as they walked past more than one employee) and also the sanitation of the food (the employee touched multiple things with gloves on then touched the food with the same gloves)

Long lines for single riders and absolutely none for tandem....why not adjust and move some single riders over? Made absolutely no sense? And it wasn't an issue of staffing....you had actually more staff oversight with the tandem. Very strange..... Small things, like a napkin and utensils bar should be available. None were given with food and was looking all around for them, only to find there weren't any. Had to ask vendor directly. Weird... A few more trashcans in food seating area would be nice as well. Big thin... read more

Fun place however tubes were not sanitized in between rides. If they improved safety for Covid would rate a 5.

The slopes were very fun, unfortunately the snow dome was a flop for us.. the snow inside the dome was hard as a rock and you could not build a snowman at all, I lived up north for two years and the snow is soft and when you step into it your feet sink , this was not the case for the snow dome it was more like the ice dome.. we did have fun all in all.. thank you

My family had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. A little disappointed that most of the vendors were closed but ultimately it was a great experience.

Over priced. The slide is cool but the snow play area is basically just ice. Nice little kids slide area. Porta potties could use an upgrade. The price makes it to expensive for a family of six like mine. We can Goto Busch gardens cheaper.
