Very helpful salesperson. Quick, easy process from start to finish. Only downside was it wasn’t easy to look inside or test drive a vehicle due to covid but not the fault of the salesperson.

From the first phone call to look at used cars the staff very helpful and found a time to suit me. When I arrived greeted and then went to look at the used cars ,when I found something went back to the sales rep to discuss price and part exchange, agreed prices and made purchase. I found the whole process of buying very easy and the rep could not be any more helpful. I will be back again when next car is required.

I am not the easiest customer to deal with and I must say the team do an excellent job of catering for my needs. I would like to thank Lucy Carey for her patience, attention to detail and ensuring that all my requirements are covered. I have been a customer with Toyota Hedge End for a number of yours and can't fault the service.
Really pleased and happy with my purchase. A special thank you to Hedge End Toyota Specialist Who made the experience the opposite of daunting (I’m a new driver and was a bit shy at first) but he talked me through all the options, made his best to help me the best vehicle without stretching my budget and made my car buying experience a happy memory instead of what I feared (aggressive sales and budget stretched)
I found Snows of Hedge End very friendly and welcoming and taken very good coronavirus precautions. The salesman was a little late for appointed time as busy with another customer. I found Snows very easy to deal with and gave an excellent trade in on my existing car. Explained all my options well but didn't put me under any pressure to accept recommendations.
