A brilliant customer service right from the beginning all the way to the end! We were made feel so comfortable in the test drive process as if the car was already mine. As busy as the sales executive seemed to be, he tried his utmost best to finish off our deal and relieve us home. From looking online.. chatting to my contact, negotiations, arrangement for purchasing, adding various requirements... updates and videos of the car I purchased throughout the process. Service on the day from my contact and other staff within the branch was friendly and so helpful - excellant .

The Toyota representatives were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable especially about hybrid motors cars. The creative options on purchase arrangements were helpfully and clearly explained and the paper work straightforward. The car was well presented and the test drive properly methodical and very helpful. Overall an excellent experience.
