The wonderful sales people and the expert furniture makers worked with me to make a custom adjustment to a bed they sell. The adjustment (setting the mattress supports at an angle for head-of-bed elevation, rather than flat) was smart, easy, and hidden. I've been using my bed for over four years now, and it looks just as great as they day it was delivered.
I simply love Snyder's Furniture. It was about 10 years ago, a co-worker and a friend introduced me to Snyder's. I was looking for a sofa, love seat and sideboard. I had my sideboard sketched and it was made exactly the way I wanted it to be. Eileen the owner is wonderful to speak to. Her craftsmen take pride in their workmanship. The sales experience with Jason was outstanding but the after sales so far has not been great. I am trying to plan the arrival of my furniture but cannot get a good ETA. When I bought it, they told me they would know the ETA as we get closer but every time I ask they give me the same date which is the longest quoted time. They don't even seem to try to find out a better date.
After spending many days and many hours looking for furniture, I stopped at Snyder's Furniture. As soon as I looked at the furniture on display, I could see the fine quality and craftsmanship and I knew I was in the right store for what I was looking for.
