This place is a joke. They make quality furniture but that’s about it. They have zero customer service. I ordered a “quick ship” item that was supposed to be done by June 17th at latest. Here we are almost a month later and I just received my patio furniture. They dodged my calls repeatedly. When they did answer they said they would get back to me, they never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered 2 Chest of drawers on Dec. 8th. Order was supposed to be ready Feb 16 - Mar 15 and be delivered Feb23 - Mar 29. When I never heard back from them I started calling for an update and was told they would get back to me. After the 5th call they finally told me it was not ready yet. April 17 I got the email that it was ready and I gave them full payment. They said a week to 10 days for delivery. After not getting it I had to call several more times to get an updated delivery. I couldn't tell anyone about the quality of the furniture--they gladly took my money February 6, for a king bed frame. It is now June 19. I am still waiting. I was given a delivery date of May 27 at the latest. I called May 28 for an update and was told I would hear back from them the following week. Now the company doesn't even answer my calls or emails. I guess I will have to sue them to get my money back, I certainly wouldn't order from them again.

RecommendedFirst, and foremost, the craftsmanship of our bedroom furniture is unparalleled. However, the customer service we received was incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. The delivery, which we paid for, was very difficult to schedule. The furniture was damaged by Snyders. Settling the damage issue was difficult to say the very least, Thankfully, I never have to deal with this company and it's incompetent staff ever again.
I ordered a $3,500 outdoor dining set. My order can to me 4 months after I ordered which was fine. I was not in any hurry for the order. My order arrived in one large box in hundreds of piece with hundreds of screw and bolts. I was under the impression that I was purchasing Amish built furniture. In no way is this Amish built!!! I have to build it myself!! If I wanted to build it myself I would have purchased from Walmart. I placed an order for a coffee table in December 2020. Upon further research I found out that it would not suit my needs, but they agreed to modify my order. I received a call in the summer of 2021 stating that they would deliver my table, but it was the incorrect table. I called again last month and they denied any errors on their end and that I would have to pick up the table. Strongly do not recommend purchasing any furniture from this store. Ordered a nursery set from this store with an estimated completeion timeframe of 14 - 20 weeks. The salesman, Jason Lamonte, was very confindent the items would be completed in 14 weeks. Around the 14 week mark I contacted the store and they advised my order was a week from completeion and they would be scheduling a delivery date with me. I was never contacted after that. Enough is enough It didn’t have to come down to a terrible review but this is some of the worst customer service my family and I have experienced! We are truly upset with Synders and maybe this will help a lot of people not go through what we are going through. 17 weeks in no response no update no delivery.
