Well, SoCal climate control was out today to do the complete HVAC change out. The 2 man crew removed all the vents, the heater and condenser ,and the compressor. They then continued with the installation of all the new equipment. These guys were fantastic,and hard working. Every thing is up and running. WOW, the air that comes from this new unit is over 2 times that of the old one ,love it . They did a great job and you wouldn’t even have known they were hear. I highly recommend this company. Jimmy, one of their technicians came over and was very honest with me. Told me I didn't need an HVAC company, just a handyman for a small job. He even recommended one who did the job!! I will be calling this company when I actually DO need to replace my furnace! Thank you for your honesty!!! Phyllis F.

i paid over 2500 for a install in august 2022 i was told they would come back within a year if called and perform maintenance. i feel like it is not blowing as cold so called today asked for them to come performance maintaince if there was a leak in the copper attached when installed it would have lost pressure any standard hvac guy could re flang the pipe attach pump it for negative pressure refill refrigerant and they just flat out said they will not come or do anything on a mini split system so i wasted money basicly i co... read more

Terrible, terrible company. They installed a new hvac system and insulation. They cut corners throughout the entire installation. Now I have a system that breaks down every summer and every winter. They have sent engineers countless times to patch up their substandard installation. At about a 2 week turnaround each time. So for weeks of the year, our house has no A/C or no heating. Socal also have no interest in doing a good job. You’ll get Tonnes if attitude from them when reporting an issue too.

I had an appointment for them to do maintenence and inspection for $35. I received a text message and email confirming the day and time of my appointment. They never showed up and they never contacted me! Unprofessional!! I will not try using this company again and I will definitely not recommend them!

Installation of products went well however the process of dealing with the company, a nightmare. I was lied to, called a liar and treated very poorly as a paying customer. I had questions I needed answered and when asked to speak to a manager I was told that the manager was too busy to talk to me and there was no point because he knew nothing. I was told that if I wanted any answers I would have to email the owner, that was weeks ago and I still haven't gotten an answer. It's taking me a week or so to calm down enough to sho... read more

Be careful. If you experience ANY problems they will not show up to fix it. Not kidding. Have to fight tooth and nail to get warranty honored. Ask around you will hear similar stories

Till date I have not found a truthful HVAC Company. This company gets two stars because they are one star better than the worst conman I had dealt with before this when the capacitor had failed. Edited after Mike's comment below: Our house was built in 2014 and the HVAC still has WARRANTY till 2024, AHRI certified. I did not know Mike would fall this low to say we have 40 year old system...shame on him. God help such people.
