Ultimately, we had white glove service with Solar Optimum. Shout out to *** in sales who helped us make the decision between the three bids we gathered. He's a great front man for the organization. Initially, we had a bit of a glitch with their ***************** system and moving through it. My family started the process of purchasing solar panels from Solar Optimum in July 2025. Its now December 2025, and we still dont have an installation date. At the beginning, the company contacted us constantly, and we truly believed this would be a seamless, straightforward process. We were told they had everything streamlined and that going solar with them would be easy. I am not sure where to start. This company was great and enthusiastic and then they were crickets. We had many delays,many things done unprofessionally and poorly. I woudl send multiple emails and no one would respond. The electricians they sent did put things on incorrectly, I called they said it would get fixed, it never did. I still have light switches on backwards. There most recent response was to hire an electrician to fix it. Solar Optimum just completed our much needed roof replacement. The quality of the work was excellent at a very reasonable price. They even did a great job cleaning up our yard of debris during and when they completed the job keeping our three dogs safe from any possible injury. Fast and friendly, we highly recommend them.

They were very informative. They answered our calls promptly. The crews worked very hard and did a great job, and they brought project in on budget. Very good experience with the roofing crew. I wish the solar crew were as informative and customer-conscious as the roofing crew is.

Amazing Experience!!! I do not always take the time to do reviews for companies. Solar optimum did an outstanding job and I could not be more pleased. ******* ****** took the time to answer my questions and was professional through the the entire process. I interviewed 8 companies and without question Solar Optimum was the best choice. They are there to answer questions after the sale and continue with Over the Top customer service.

Had my system installed for 2 years now and I have no complaints. Recently needed a service call for a panel and they replaced the inverted I need under warranty. ******* scheduled me within the same week and the replacement went smoothly. Glad they kept their word!!
