I was so impressed with the service I received from Grant G. and Solar. They gave me an appointment the very next day and clearly announced arrival. Grant was pleasant and knowledgeable. Mostly, he was able to repair my laundry center that day when another company wanted to order parts and come back on another day. Owning a business and two homes means appliance repairs are inevitable. I will never call any other business again except Solar. Thank you for your great work!

Solar was recommended by Kitchen Aid to repair our Kitchen Aid gas range. We had a technician come out on a service call, I agreed to pay the service fee to diagnose why the oven was not holding the temperature. He looked at the unit and stated the lower heating element was out and needed to be replaced. The part was relatively inexpensive but he went on to explain- because it was a downdraft stove/oven there was no way to access the heating element from the inside or front. Once again Solar sucks at customer service! 3 months later and once again 1 hour After my scheduled appointment do I receive a call from the poor service man (who needs to find another job) stating that my part is Not in, although I received such a tremendous service call (robot call) to tell me yesterday that my part was in and to schedule myself this beautiful appointment. And once again I move my 92 years old and 77 year old mother’s appts to be here in anticipation to Finally get my appliance fixed. But only to be disap... read more

THE WORST SERVICE YET! THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE YET!! THIS COMPANY HAS OFFICIALLY SET THE BAR FOR GARBAGE SERVICE! Had a refrigerator under warranty that they fix 4 times and it’s still broken!! Now warranty lapse and the refrigerator still broken!! FOUR TIMES WITH TWO DIFFERENT TECHS! that’s just the appliance fixing part of It!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH HERE! Horrible. Used them about 2 months ago. Won’t ever use again. They were recommended to me and my family by our appliance store…. BIG MISTAKE. No customer service or working with customers… they just want $$$ I have more problems with my dishwasher after they “fixed” it than I did before when I called them.
