Service was quick and efficient. The timer on my Whirlpool dryer stopped working and as soon as the part was received they were here and had it repaired in a short time.also called to give a window of time when they would be here which was nice.

This company is easy to get an appointment with, and, in my case, the service man was right on time. He had several years of experience and was very professional, but quite friendly - I learned a lot from him and would request him again if the need arose.

Chris was so awesome and fixed everything very efficiently. He made all the technical stuff relatable and made sure all our questions were answered before he left. I hope we get to work with him from now on.
I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe's. One of the ice makers did not work. I contacted Whirlpool to set up a warranty appointment. The appointment was made with Solar. The customer service representative was very polite. Dustin was the technician that came to my home. Dustin is one of the most polite young man I have ever met. Dustin is very professional. Exceptional service from Solar and most importantly, Dustin.
Representative number 80 has been to our house 3 times now. He is always polite, mindful to wear covers over his shoes and has taken care of all of our issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend solar to anyone needing appliances repaired.
I wouldn't think of calling any other repair company. They are always professional reliable and go over and beyond to make your life easier.
