I hate leaving bad reviews but think the health and well-being of my animals come before anything else. We have been long time clients and got our newest pup spayed last month, she has developed what we believe is a hernia and they refuse to look at her today unless we pay for an emergency appointment because they “close at noon” (I called at 8 this morning) and told us to go to twin cities if we felt she needed looked at before they could get her a “routinely scheduled appointment” for tomorrow. . . Terrible!!! Dog ripped a 3 inch gash in belly running thru the woods, I called and told them he needed stitches and I'm coming in. They asked if the afternoon would work ( this was 930am) I said NO WAY, the dog was bleeding, after putting me on hold several minutes they said I could come in now but would be an extra $40. Really? I immediately called Twin Cities and they said to Come Now! The gal that they put on the phone didn't know anything and kept putting me on hold.
