Terrible!!! Dog ripped a 3 inch gash in belly running thru the woods, I called and told them he needed stitches and I'm coming in. They asked if the afternoon would work ( this was 930am) I said NO WAY, the dog was bleeding, after putting me on hold several minutes they said I could come in now but would be an extra $40. Really? Will never take my dog here again, or allow anyone I know too. I was floored by how terrible the service/compassion was in this building/staff. Instead I will keep going to Mary in Nikiski, where she cares about the animals wellbeing and NOT the paycheck at the end of the visit �

I called after hours for a true emergency for an abandoned kitten that was bitten by a dog that was gasping for air. I expressed that I didn't have a way to pay in full that day, but wanted to make arrangements for this kitten so that he didn't lose his life. The vet that answered stated that because I had an account in collections at one point, they would not be able to see the kitten unless I paid in full that night.
