WAS QUICK, EASY AND UNDERSTANDABLE
The product is well built and sturdy . It is heavy, so for me I could not handle it. Mike was so nice and understanding, service is top notch.
Product was good and as expected. Customer service needs improvement. Could not find out if there was actually stock available, ha dot trust them when they took order. Worst issue was never received any notification by email or text that the order had shipped. Had a major timing issue and paid for 2 day shipping. Finally called customer service and was told it shipped and was sent the tracking number. System should have automatically sent that but apparently failed.
Every item was packaged well and delivered very timely exactly as ordered.
Your products are unique and reliable but I get the feeling you are making up the profit by gouging on the shipping. When would an item the size of a cigarette package cost $12.99 to ship and that's half the price of the item. This is why Amazon is going to take over the merchandise market.

The Antop UFO Omnidirectional Amplified Out/Indoor HDTV Antenna (AT-414B) plus cable, Blonder Tongue Single 2-Way Splitter w/ 1 Power Passing Port (LPD-2) and Antennas Direct 40-inch TV Antenna J-Mount 1.6-inch OD (STM1000) worked perfectly. 70 mile reception from the south, 55 mile reception from the north and everywhere in between clear as a bell. Support personnel was great as well. Thanks to all.
