What a wonderful experience. I bought a powered splitter and the purchase was flawless. Several months later the product went bad I called the manufacturer to start a warranty claim. The manufacturer was closed. I called Solid Signal and spoke to Joan in Solid Signal's technical support area What a surprise. Solid Signal is replacing the item. Joan was extremely professional and made the interaction and transaction so pleasant and simple. I will definitely look first at Solid Signal for my electronic needs
I wish I could provide a zero to them. I ordered a cable Monday at 1240 expedited and overnight shipping. They did not send it that day. I called at 8 am the next morning and told them to cancel the order as it wouldn't go out on time. They said they would and shipped it anyway. It arrived three days after I ordered it and a day after I needed it. Solid Signal is the best business to deal with in my book. I was having a issue in ordering on the web site and started a chat with Molly. She was so helpful and even called me to help correct the problem, which was on their end. That was going above and beyond in my book! I will most definitely order from them in the future!!
I highly recommend this business, particularly their tech department. Their service is outstanding. I worked closely with Jason Vanover but all of the people that I dealt with were helpful. After finding that I had a non-traditional hook-up, they guided me in the purchase of equipment to correct the problem and provided a detailed diagram to install everything. Order from this company with confidence! AND, I apologize! My first review was written out of pique due to 'first "chat" contact' -- after receiving the wrong item. Called Solid Signal's 'phone number and totally different response; after forwarding my original e-Mail response to the 2nd CSR, received the correct item two days later. Can't do better than that.
