Love this place , they have great quality care for patients. Dr . Pauline Biu , Christina the mammogram tech and LaShonda the ultrasound tech were amazing in explaining the procedure.

Wow. Wish I had read the reviews before trying to make an appointment there!! If I could give them a 0 I would. The laziest schedulers and front desk staff. Lucky for my I was able to get scheduled somewhere else with ease and professionalism. It's really not that hard.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst office you could go to. Had to constantly call the office to ask about my results, the male receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I offered to come up to the office to pick up a disk and they were never open. My daughter also called them multiple times, just for them to not answer, or be rude on the phone. All of this hassle just for the ultrasound to be UNREADABLE AND UNUSABLE by my doctor. As a woman who is discovering she might have breast cancer, I would've appreciated... read more

I informed the mammogram technician before the exam began that I have a trauma history and needed her to tell me before she touched me. She shook her head and said, "I always do" but then proceeded to touch the opposite breast from the one being scanned without warning, explanation or reason. I reminded her again that I needed verbal cues before being touched. She responded dismissively: "That's not part of my regular spiel." I have been getting a consistent bill for a year because they are to lazy to do their job. My insurance covers 100 percent and I still get a bill. I have sent them the necessary information simply lazy. I will never go back. So stop sending me letters for a yearly that was my first and last time.

I went here 2 years ago, and paid myself. All the horrors I was told were untrue. The technician explained how they have a less evasive machine. No pain, and everyone was very kind. This year, I was in shock. Knowing mammograms can be scary and stressful, I felt I was treated a little impatiently. I realize we all have bad days. I will NEVER go back to this Solis location. Four times they have cancelled an appointment after I've already arrived for the appointment. They state they called but there were no missed calls and no messages. Once they did it to my 88-year-old mother who was on a walker. It was a huge inconvenience.
