I will NEVER go back to this Solis location. Four times they have cancelled an appointment after I've already arrived for the appointment. They state they called but there were no missed calls and no messages. Once they did it to my 88-year-old mother who was on a walker. It was a huge inconvenience. This place came HIGHLY recommended by friends but I am completely disappointed: customer service is completely lacking, the phone service is long winded and difficult to get someone on the phone, no one called me until the DAY (after I left several messages) of to confirm insurance and to let me know me know potential costs involved, the radiologist was out of network but the facility in network. Let me start out by saying the staff at Solis were friendly, helpful, and made the process of scheduling an appointment very easy. They took good care of me during the appointment and made it as quick and comfortable as possible. My one-star review is tied to the fact that despite having my insurance information and date of birth when making my appointment, they told me (wrongly) that my screening mammogram would be covered in full by my insurance.
