I've been coming here for years now and the experience is always excellent!! This year they have a new SmartCurve 3D mammogram machine and I didn't feel one ounce of discomfort or anything. The tech was amazing as well, as they always are -- my nerves are always shot from past issues with my breast but when I am here, it eases a lot. The atmosphere is calming and the service is super - like I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Solis is 1/2 way through a remodel with a lot a great improvements including 3-D imaging equipment for mammograms. The staff is amazing. I have been going to this facility (formerly Women's Wellness) for about 10 years now and everyone has been great. Today I had Gloria for check-in, Sylvia for my mammogram and Bridget for a next level sonogram screening. They were all very professional, courteous and informative. The young lady and her supervisor checking me in for appointment should be trained in compassion!!! They appear only to be worried about money. My profile information hasn't changed in at least TEN YEARS. Why must you reverify my insurance information.? Your company verified my information when the appointment was made. Finding a different PROVIDER!!!
I went to this location to have a mammogram done. Despite my repeated requests and voicing my concerns about the door being left unlocked I was treated like an idiot for making this request to lock the door due to being an assault survivor. I was told by the person performing the mammogram that no one would ever come in. Yet , during my mammogram a STRANGER (NOT AN EMPLOYEE) DID WALK IN AND CARRIED ON A CONVERSATION with the person doing my mammogram while I am completely exposed and trapped that way. I went to Solis for a breast ultrasound and made my payment upon arrival. After changing into my gown and sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, the tech pulled me aside to tell me I could not get a breast ultrasound done without a diagnostic mammogram. Their "system" was down and they couldn't request that order from my physician. I was so incredibly frustrated that no one had communicated this to me before my appointment. I am not visiting this center again.
The people were great. The only questionable activity that I experienced was the parking garage attendant. Solis validated my parking, which means that they gave me a card to hand to the parking garage attendant, which would cover my parking in it's entirety. I gave the young lady the card and she said that will be $1. I sat for a few seconds until I finally said, so does the validation card only cover a portion of the parking? They are charging me for a ROUTINE mammogram all because they sent 2 different codes to my insurance. I've been calling back and fort because they blame my insurance while my insurance blame Solis.
the receptionist was ignorant. she asked if i had an order like i woke up and decided i needed a bone graph and mammogram. please stop hiring people to fill the office so it looks diverse. get people on there that care and want to work. sick of these fools behind a desk and know absolutely nothing. i literally hating going out to be treated poorly by lazy unmotivated workers
