Very professional, compassionate and accommodating -a rarity in healthcare these days, sadly. I was there for a bone scan but I would definitely go there for a mammogram. Imaging places I have gone before her mammograms have been just the opposite. The only slight glitch was in my first phone call to the corporate center. I got a referral from my doctor for my yearly mamagram. I can tell you I've never felt more at ease at a medical appt. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by the friendliest staff up until I walked put the door, it was a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. So glad my Dr recommend it!

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! First time here for a concerning issue. Receptionist Mrs. Shelley was very professional, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. (Happy 35 Years Anniversary to you). Mrs. Sherry kind & thoughtful did my Mamo making sure to picture the areas that were most concerning to me, she was gentle because my breast was VERY tender. This is a great location. Always an easy check in process, and the entire staff is caring and puts focus on privacy and comfort. I've been here two years in a row for my yearly mammogram and have had excellent experiences both times.

The Solis staff were caring, detail-oriented, and efficient - an unusual combination. I did not feel rushed at all, they answered every question, and they clearly explained everything in a calming, reassuring way, yet I was surprised to realize when i got back to my car that I was in and out in 1/2 hour. And they called promptly to follow up, even though they are waiting for my previous images before they give me results - they didn't leave me hanging. Friendly, courteous staff. Not a bad experience considering it's a mammogram....booked appointment online, scheduled same week, and posted to my calendar in a few minutes.....paperwork was not extensive....so I would recommend this location.,..

By far the friendliest group of women That I've had the pleasure of meeting. I had to laugh at myself when i finally found their entrance, I had to literally walk past a bank of windows that had Solis written all across the front. Eyes up, heads up!! ‍ from start to finish, each person I encountered was so pleasant and kind. It is uber important to get the girls checked out. Catching breast cancer early shows a high level of cute rare with treatment. With a small waiting Tommi, Covid social distancing wax a hard task. Everyone was friendly and had a blast with one of the staff. As pleasant as one could hope for with these types of tests

The staff at Mckinney office is much, much nicer and more professional compared to the Solis Plano office where I used to go when I lived in Plano.
