This place was professional, friendly and efficient. I got my results back same day. Felt completely comfortable and they have the new "smartcurve" technology which gave me so much comfort as it curves to the breast instead of flattening it.

Have had both mammogram and bone density testing at Solis. Staff is most professional and friendly. They make you feel welcome and safe. I would not go anywhere else for this kind of testing.

Always treated so well by nurses and Dr was very nice and explained everything to me without having to ask questions supper supportive staff I would definitely recommend!!!

Okay nobody is excited to get a mammogram, and being that this was my first, I was more than anxious. From the moment I walked into the door I was put at ease. Everyone is all smiles, speaks gently and makes the check-in process seamless. Next I was shown to the changing area, but it was more than that. This room was warm and welcoming and there is a wall of spa-like lockers to put your clothes and belongings into (they lock & you take the key with you). They used to be good. Starting with scheduling, I had to speak with 2 separate individuals. Neither were knowledgeable and both sounded like they were in bed, very muffled and clearly perturbed when I asked them to repeat themselves. Also, neither were particularly knowledgeable or helpful. The office manager can only repeat what their guidelines are and wouldn't dare lift a finger to actually help. If you've been coming to this specific location for years, don't panic when you can't find them -- they've moved!! They were east of the McKinney Hospital -- now they're in the new building on the far west side of the hospital. Definitely an upgrade from the old digs lol. The Yelp address on this page is correct. Four Stars for what I went through! My order for a diagnostic mammogram took weeks to process. Every time I called Solis, they swore they never got the fax from my PCP. If you head to the location in McKinney, get ready for an unexpected bill because they use third party contractors to read the film. They hired the contractors out of network and now expect me to deal with the company form Houston that I never heard of. The phone number for billing just takes you to the appointments. I went to the office 2 times for help with billing and have been told there is no one I can talk to at Solis, I have to call the company THEY hired to talk to a call center person in Houston. If you head to the location in McKinney get ready for an unexpected hospital bill because they use hospital equipment. That was an unexpected $1,000. Never again.

If the hospital needs your films, good luck getting them. The hospital and I have been trying since February 7. To date, still no disc. The hospital even provided them with their FedEx account number to overnight the records. You would have though that Solis would get the urgency. If you use them, get your films as you walk out the door.
