Everyone I came in contact with was extremely welcoming and friendly! I felt comfortable and my appointment was on time. In and out. I highly recommend Solis!
Excellent facilities at 12221 Renfert way, beautiful and clean. Candace is an expert at Mammography. She is knowledgeable and communicative and a very nice person. I hope someone in management sees this and gives her a raise.
It feels like a spa in the clinic and you are welcomed very warmly by the staff! The wait was fair and I really enjoyed their very comfortable waiting area.
Had an awesome experience with the staff and nurses at this facility. They were all warm and caring and Stacy understood well had to make a diagnostic screening bearable! We were offered snacks and water, and treated with utmost respect and care. I would highly recommend them.
An overall terrible experience - confusing instructions, incorrect verbal diagnoses, and unhelpful in follow-ups. And they never answer their phone.
Despite showing up 30 minutes early for my appointment was not seen for an hour and a half later. My breast specialist ordered a bilateral mammogram and bilateral ultrasound. The woman taking the mammogram so they're running behind today so they only do one boob because I've already had the other boob done less than a year ago. The place is nice, but they sent my bill for routine Mamogram to collections after many calls and emails. I paid it as to not hurt my credit. after reading other reviews, I am lucky it was $254 and not more. Luckily ARA takes my insurance again. By by Solis- contacting BBB next.
After years of going to St. David's for annual mammograms, I was surprised to arrive for my appointment in summer 2024 to find it had transferred to Solis Mammography. I was even more surprised to get a bill this month, more than a year later, for the diagnostic follow-up mammo they required. Turns out Solis goofed and sent my imaging to be read by a doc who was out-of-network for my insurance. - almost impossible to talk to an actual person, with the local numbers all directed routed to a call center that says they cannot schedule anything- that have to call the clinic directly.
