From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly hello, how are you. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't rush you if you have any questions. They take you back to the dressing room and give you all the information you need to get ready for your procedure. Amanda was my mammography technician and she was excellent. Sweet, gentle staff. Was my first mammogram and everything went great. They really do mean it when they say "have bone scan order in hand" upon arriving. My MDs office had sent it electronically that morning. But evidently it got caught in the cloud. So they faxed it and all went well!

Lori in admitting didn't get irritated that I showed up for my appointment an hour early. She was very nice and took me right back to see if possibly I could get my diagnostic mammogram early. Kimberly came and got me right away and did my mammogram. She was very gentle yet got perfect pictures, also, She explained the process thoroughly and what i could expect. I highly recommend this clinic. All very efficient, kind, and caring!

I had to do a last minute schedule and I am pleased with this location. It is very clean and organised. I have made several phone calls to coordinate the doctors order and some documents they needed and they were very prompt in returning my calls. Crystal was one who was very helpful with my inquiries. On location Carla was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and I felt her sincerity to entertain my every concern. She was very detailed and explained everything to me.

Very easy process and they take extra precautions during COVID. Everyone was wearing a mask and I may have been the only patient in the office at the time. I felt safe and comfortable for my visit. This is a new location and still has some construction going on. This office is on the second floor and everyone was very nice. This is a nervous type of visit if you have never had a mammo before and the staff made sure to explain the process and steps to make your visit more comforting. I even made my appointment easily online.

My first time to use Solis Mammography Denton-South. I was so impressed how easy everything was from the appointment to having the mammo done. Everyone was so kind in the office and the sweet lady that does the mammogram was wonderful. The 3-D curve was painless and she makes you feel so comfortable through the entire process. I have already recommended them to family and friends.
