Ive been coming here for years and won't change! Easy to schedule. Great to work with. Efficient appointments- such a nice feeling to get in, be seen, be done. I wish more healthcare offices were reliable such as this. They had tue new 3d comfort curve and it wasn't uncomfortable at all!!! I see they also have a lot of locations too!!!

Had my first mammogram in five years. Just kept putting it off - because who likes to get their breasts smashed? The process always seemed archaic. Today's experience has turned my way of thinking. My experience at Solis Mammography Denton South was positive from start to finish. Lori in the front office was friendly and eased the registration process. I had a bad experience last year and should have not return... After multiple calls from Solis I booked my appt online this past Wednesday, I showed up for my appt yesterday on-time. Front desk lady (very nice) was processing my registration and said there is an issue, she proceeded to go to the back and the Tech came over to discuss. I was told I was not released yet for annual's even though they were the ones calling me to make the appt. My appointment was at 10 am. It is now 10:50. I wasn't able to do the paperwork online either because they send your code to an email which requires you leave the email you in to get the code but when you go back to the email to input the code you have to start the process over so it won't accept the code they just sent you. Very slowwwww service.

Extremely disappointed in this place and would give negative stars if it was possible. Someone very close to me received the news that they have breast cancer following a biopsy, mammogram, and ultrasound done here at Solis in Denton. Obviously that news is no fault to Solis, but the way they handled returning her images- which are vital to continuing her treatment and getting her health restored- was painfully unprofessional and inconsiderate. They have unvaccinated technicians working in small rooms in close proximity with patients who could potentially have cancer. Can they legally do this at the time? Yes. Is it good client care that protects patients? No, in my opinion . Is it good business practice? I'd have to go with no again. If you are trying to stay safe during this pandemic I would question them thoroughly about; their staff, procedures and protocols.

If you've got health concerns due to Covid, I'd try elsewhere. The office space here is small, so for a respiratory virus, you need masks, wiping, fewer people, air purifiers, and time between patients. They're not doing much beyond masks. Some wiping. Mostly I'm annoyed that they're misleading people. I specifically asked about how many people would be in each of the wait rooms - they have two. "Very limited - maybe one other person."
