From the moment I entered Solis Mammography, at Memorial West, the experience was pleasant and welcoming. I was greeted by Jenyah at registration, who showed great patience and professionalism. Although my doctor’s office had not forwarded the order, it was convenient to go upstairs to retrieve the information, and Jenyah assisted me seamlessly in completing the registration process. Going for annual testing is not fun but at Memorial West women center, you always feel respected. From registration with Melanie, Kim in Mammo, and Chantel in ultrasound everyone was nice and friendly. You can’t help but being self conscious when these test are being performed, today with Kim it felt easy and no big deal. Then Chantel escorted me for the ultra sound. To say I received superb, caring, competent care at this facility would be a huge understatement. In my 35 years of getting mammograms and sonograms I have never received the kind of care that I received at this facility .From start to finish I felt welcomed, cared about and acknowledged. Chelsea, Jeannie, Kim, Cheryl, Dr. Ivanova, and Melissa were an outstanding team taking care of me and expertly performing my procedures while explaining everything to me, and making sure I was comfortable and calm. Francesca was wonderful in ensuring all my previous doctors reports, imaging and orders were in place before my imaging appointment. She was patient and very helpful. Thank you so much Francesca for making this visit smooth. Also, Gisel completed my bilateral ultrasound and it was the best experience I’ve had. First time at time mammogram location. Nice and clean location. Everyone was kind and helpful. Check in , had the test done and went home. It took about 1 hour. I love that it was Saturday and they were open.
