I checked in at the desk and after waiting for 35 minutes, I was given 3 pages to complete. In the name of efficiency, what not let patients collect the 3 pages as soon as they present their ID and insurance change? When I went to the Ultrasound Tech, I lay on the bed, and without warning, she yanked off the band aid which had been placed over a mole during the mammogram.
