I really am happy with Dr. Laura and her staff. However there is one thing that I would like seen done at the office. I would like the staff to introduce themselves to me when I come in. I come in every 6 months for a cleaning and check up. I do not remember everyones name. I look for a name tag but I have not seen one on any of the staff. " Hi Mrs. Jones, I am Sally and I will be cleaning your teeth today"
