I had a very particular problem -- a damaged filling. I called Dr. Walsh's office and asked if the doctor would see me for that reason. I was told yes, that would be OK. I came for the appointment and first thing a technician told me was that they would need to take the whole mouth X-rays, 6 of them. I said that due to my medical condition I couldn't have excessive x-rays and asked to limit the X-rays to one of the teeth I had a problem with. I really am happy with Dr. Laura and her staff. However there is one thing that I would like seen done at the office. I would like the staff to introduce themselves to me when I come in. I come in every 6 months for a cleaning and check up. I do not remember everyones name. I look for a name tag but I have not seen one on any of the staff. " Hi Mrs. Jones, I am Sally and I will be cleaning your teeth today"
