This community was very nice but there was just another community that we were more interested in.
Sonata is a nice community both inside and outside. Our loved one's stay was at the beginning of the pandemic. The room wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction such as dirt under the sink, marks on the light switch plate, and more. They had a housekeeper and the housekeeper didn't clean the room. I looked at a ton of places, and this stood out to me. They are very activity oriented and engaging with the residents. They welcome residents with memory care issues . The community was able to allow family visits during COVID with CDC compliance. Several family members said they would want to go here when they need it. The staff is excellent. I would highly recommend this community. The place is small, and I feel my loved one is getting better quality of treatment. When I get a chance to speak to the staff, they are warm, friendly, and kind. I have looked at other communities and they were too big fro what I was looking for.
I am very impressed with the services my wife is receiving at Sonata at Boca Raton. Unfortunately my wife has been diagnosed with having Alzheimer's Disease and the care and concern that all members of the staff at Sonata at Boca Raton, especially the support given by [name removed], are deeply appreciated.
WHILE AT SONATA I FOUND EVERYONE FRIENDLY, THE FACILITY CLEAN AND THE CARE GREAT. I AM ONLY THERE PERIODICALLY BUT FEEL THAT EVERYONE IS GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR ALL RESIDENCE THAT LIVE THERE.
Our family could not be happier with the care provided to our father at Sonata Boca Raton. He was treated with kindness, concern and compassion to meet all his needs. We had reservations about moving him from one place where we were unhappy with the care on every level but Michael, the director, assured us our dad would be taken care of properly and he was right! We moved our father to Sonata, Boca Raton after several bad experiences at a different Assisted Living facility. We could not be happier with the professionalism and genuine compassion of everyone at Sonata. Our father was treated with the respect, dignity and kindness you would hope every senior could experience. It was very nice. I think my dad would prefer a bit more of a kitchen with a sink. They just had a fridge and microwave in a closet area.
