Overall I have been very pleased. One of the big concerns I had was that he fell when I was there, and I paid for the in house life alert system, and the one time we needed it, it didn't work. The people are very nice, and they treated him nicely, they took good care of him, and checked on him during the day. The dining was very nice, and overall we were pretty pleased with it.

Things went very well with Homewood Residence at Delray Beach, we were very pleased with them! The facility itself is terrific, it looks very nice and was clean and well kept. The staff were all very easy to work with. They were cooperative and proactive when it came to the care they offered.

Derek (who I believe is the marketing manager) is very personal and wonderful. Shonona (sp?) brown is very warm, accommodating, and sensitive.

It’s very a good community. The only issue is that the pharmacy is very high priced right now. My loved one has only been there for a few months. They have more activities in the morning than in the evening. The staff is friendly.

In looking for a place for my aunt from out of state I found. Sonata. I was very impressed. They visited her twice at the rehab where she was and seem like they cared about her as an individual. I signed all the papers, and gave them payment for the 10 days of May & June as well as the community fee. She was there for 4 days , then taken to the hospital in an ambulance on [date removed]. No one from Sonata came to visit her while she was in the hospital or when she was placed in hospice within the hospital. I came down from ... read more

Our family had an in person tour and it was just to small of a community. They services were very very limited and it seemed like they were boasting and bragging about how they offered certain services. However there display to us just seem like they limited themselves and didn't impress us with how they could manage the community or if they could manage it at all.
