From the moment I entered the facility, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Fanny, the receptionist was a sweetheart , very thorough with the initial questions and very welcoming. Then I was introduced to Dee, OMG I joked that they had her do the consultations for a reason. Snatched is not a fitting enough description.
