I had a great experience today at the Hackensack office of Sono Bello. Went there for my first Balance Pro massage after my procedure. The young lady who took care of me, Fanny, was very kind, courteous and very professional. I felt well taken care of. Can't wait for my next visit

I’ve been stuck in doing consultations with Racheal for over 3 years okay. And I just got to say she welcomed me with open arms every single time. She always did her best to work well with me and my schedule but i would just get scared. But let me tell you something, on 3/7/25 she finally got me to schedule my surgery and I am ecstatic. Wonderful experience before getting to Sono Bello I already decided I was having surgery. Fanny and Rachel made it easy . It's best to research ect before going like I did . And be ready to financially.. looking forward to my surgery in March Good luck Elena
