I had my surgery on 8/1/20 it was suppose to be done on 7/23/20 @the Atlanta office My consultation went great. My appointment was for a certain time 2 weeks prior, once I got there the reception told me a different time over the phone. I checked my email and my time was correct so after driving an hour I also had to wait an hour and I let them know I wasn't happy about that but as I came to learn they smile and dismiss everything like it's no big deal. I thought that Liz was fantastic during my consultation. She went over everything well and made sure that I understood the procedure.
Liz was my consultant at Sonobella. She made me feel like I was family from the day I met her. She never pressured me. After my consult with her she told me when I was ready to call her and she would make sure I got everything I wanted. Dominque, kept checking on me making sure I was ok and had something to eat. Great personality. Made sure my driver (my daughter) was ok because of delay.
Vivian and Liz have been so amazing in helping me throughout the whole process. This is my 2nd time around and I can't wait to see my new results!
