I had my surgery on 8/1/20 it was suppose to be done on 7/23/20 @the Atlanta office My consultation went great. My appointment was for a certain time 2 weeks prior, once I got there the reception told me a different time over the phone. I checked my email and my time was correct so after driving an hour I also had to wait an hour and I let them know I wasn't happy about that but as I came to learn they smile and dismiss everything like it's no big deal.
