The staff were friendly and I was in and out of the office quickly. I didn’t feel rushed, I just felt that they valued my time.
Assumed consulting with plastic surgeon. Pricing on the procedure did NOT add up and couldn’t give an itemized estimate quote. Consulted with financial consultant.
My experience has been awesome. The facility was inviting once you enter the door. The staff members during every consultation were very professional and friendly. The surgeon explained in detail how the procedure will take place and what to expect. Nurse Tony was extremely comforting the morning of surgery which made the procedure much easier. I am in healthcare and I have never seen a office be so pleasant to all their patients. Friendly from the minute they walk through the door. They remember my name. They say they were looking forward to seeing me. I know most staff have to hide the fact if they are having a bad day, but I do not believe any of them have ever had a bad day in their life, they are that friendly and pleasant. I had my surgery several months ago now, and I am more and more pleased with my results all the time. It hasn't always been easy, but the Sono Bello family has been just that... Asia, Wes, and Arion always put a smile on my face when I come in the door, and nurse Brandi is always thoughtful when I tell her what I'm going through. I'm so blessed to know these folks, and I have no regrets.
I've had my share of medical procedures, but the staff at Sono Bello Atlanta is second to none. Dr. Betuzzi and the nursing team Brandi, Toni, and Tiffany are simply amazing and supportive. I can't thank them enough for helping along my journey.
I want to give credit to the front desk squad. Wes, Arion, and Asia always take such good care of me. I look forward to each of my visits. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
