Sade was a great nurse and provided excellent service. Our consultant Liz was the best. We had a translator, Vivian, and we loved her.
The front staff is very professional, polite, and hospitable. Ms. Katura Bankston is great at her profession. She set appointments with you and follow up with you see if its still convenient time for. Ms. Bankston talks to you and make feel comfortable while doing her job. She always requires feedback or questions of what is doing and how are you feeling while she is performing her task. Ms. Bankston is very professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone
Vanessa and all the staff here were AMAZING! The paperwork didn't take too long to fill out before i had my consultation with Vanessa. She truly made me feel like I was being heard with my concerns and made me feel SO comfortable with everything. She explained the whole process to me in a clear way and made sure I understood everything. Me and my cousin did a consultation about a week ago. We arrived early to fill out our paperwork and like other reviews stated, it was almost 30 min past our appointment time before we were called back for our consultation. The lady NEVER introduced herself so I asked her name and inquired about her qualifications. This seemed to ruffle her feathers because her answer was training and 10 years of experience. Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the back where went over the entire procedure. She was the best with all the details about my procedure. The Dr was so friendly and made me fell very comfortable. It was very pleasant experience.
