Everyone has been so courteous and helpful. I feel so important when I’m in the presence of the doctors and others.
Dr. Sheridan and every staff member I’ve come in contact with at the Austin location has been more than helpful. In particular, Kattie, the Lead Clinician, has been more than willing to answer all of my million questions. Never once did I feel like she was irritated with my questions, and always answered them with kindness. She gave me her email and I have put it to good use!!
