Front desk staff at the Austin location was pleasant but Bailey, she took the cake! She was super sweet, she had a great sense of humor and she was very thorough with explaining the procedure and payment options. I had my procedure a little over a month ago and feel great about the results so far. And I know it will only get better! The whole staff was amazing! I had Madison as my pre op nurse. She was knowledgeable, informative, and helped put any concerns I had at ease. She even showed me some areas to consider adding to my procedure that would enhance my results even more.
