If it wasn’t for Chasity I would have been very unhappy. I believe the company’s advertisement is very deceiving! You’ll get great results sometime months later at a big price of pain and discomfort! I would never do this again! Again that is for the company. Chasity has been extremely helpful! She is caring helpfull and always trying to help! You are lucky to have her!
I was soooo nervous about making this transition but I KNEW I wanted to do it and Bailey..... well may I say I'm totally obsessed with her lol 😁 she made it so easy and fun and exciting and for that I'm grateful 🙏 Can't wait for the results 😊

I have been going here since May (2 procedures and venus legacy), so I have dealt directly with several staff members. They have all been great. Stephanie and I always chat and she is a pleasure to work with. She is actually the first nurse I met with on my first real appointments (with Dr. O). Ryan, who does my venus treatments. is equally awesome. She and I spend more time together (treatments are longer than other appointments) and we are like old friends. Front desk staff at the Austin location was pleasant but Bailey, she took the cake! She was super sweet, she had a great sense of humor and she was very thorough with explaining the procedure and payment options.
