Lisa was fun and friendly and it was her first day! She makes the Venus procedure pleasant and quick. I'm glad she has joined the team!

My surgery was two months ago, and I waited to write this review because I brought all my concerns to the office manager and was giving them a chance to address my issues and since my surgery I have not had any type of follow up from anyone in the office. My consultation was done by someone in the office that’s not a doctor or medical professional. Do not go here. No matter what seek treatment elsewhere! email me if you want my story but look for other reviews. People's stories all over. I have documentation and pictures of the lies they promised me. They ruined one of the most important days for me. And I was very clear upfront. Sono hell no. It was like something out of American Horror Story. I came to, fully awake and _fully_ sensate, on the operating table during a procedure on my upper and lower abs. I felt the awful stinging, burning sensation of the canula ripping into and out of my flesh like a miniature flaming chain saw. Moore would like to express to you all ,what a great experience with Sonobello that i had with my procedure with them,since day one with them I have not had any complications or side effects after my procedure, a little soreness here and there but that is it, that is to be expected with any procedure.
