I had a very pleasant experience from the beginning. The staff at the reception area were nice and pleasant and ready to assist. Ariel was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She made sure all the questions were answered & guided me through, everything in watch I should expect.she made sure I knew what to expect from beginning to end.
At my consultation, Angie was kind and helpful. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and so did Dr. Mallalieu. This type of surgery is so up close and personal so it is wonderful to have people take care of you before the surgery to explain things in a kind, patient and caring way. Thank you to both of you.
