I was stuck in traffic on they way, which was an extra 20min delay. I call to let them know I was going to be 5 to min late. They were kind and understanding. The process was great. They nurse was efficient. Staff friendly. They had a waiting room for family, which I was told they watched a movie. The facility was clean and modern. Would recommend. Great experience!

Todays visit 6 month follow up appointment with Nurse Nyshel, she's very friendly, professional and polite. Answered my questions and advise me to do a f/u appt. with my Surgeon Dr. Epps. Sono Bello experience for me was exceptional. Front desk, consultation, nurses and Dr. was nothing but pleasant, professional, patient and very good customer service.
