Angie, the front desk coordinator, made me feel incredibly comfortable with her keen eye to detail and extremely professional demeanor. This is why I knew this was the doctor for me. I called in regarding rescheduling an existing appointment at the Hanover office. I was unhappy to do so and was in a terrible mood however, Angie helped turn that around! Angie was extremely friendly (especially for a morning call) & hung in there with me as I juggled around my calendar. I am not sure if she could sense that I needed some cheering up, but her banter and customer service did just that. Thanks to everyone at the Hanover location, but extra thanks to Angie!

Your awesome team glad I choose Sono Bello to do my surgery it is more costly than other places I have checked out but what I am looking for is the overall experience from the time I walk in to the time I leave knowing that my needs are met make me feel better choosing Sono Bello.

I just had my weekly Venus appointment for my stomach. Kori checked me in. She is always friendly, courteous and knows my name and checks me in promptly. Amber who did my Venus treatment is always friendly and courteous. My experience at SONOBELLO is always 5 star

Okay picture I’m 8 weeks post op and boy howdy Cass and Amber got me right yet again. Venus success!!! Someone please gives these ladies a raise like the customer service best freakin ever!!!
