Katie was super knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions during my post op appointment and provided me with instructions and information on what to expect going forward for the healing process.
Minimal wait time before being seen by a nurse. The nurse was very thorough and explained the next steps.
My experience from consultation to surgery day was easy, informative and as painless as possible (considering the situation 😁). Dr. O and the staff at the Baltimore office were very professional and I’m glad I chose this location. The environment was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. All of the staff members were patient and friendly! My medical assistant Keshia was pleasant and she answered my 50 million questions even after my appointment was suppose to be over, lol!
The staff at Sono Bello was professional and courteous. My nurse Sophia was thorough and responsive to all my questions. Dr. O. stopped in to make sure everything was okay. He answered all my questions with detailed information. Every visit to Sono Bello is excellent.
