I had my procedure today and as always, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. O ensured he got me taken care of surgically and my two nurses, Kim and Thea made sure my every question and need was answered. Everyone’s bedside manner was comforting and made my overall experience very reassuring. I highly recommend this office for your Sonobello needs!

Nurse Taylor was very accommodating prior to the procedure and afterwards. I didn’t realize i would experience the pain I did on numerous occasions throughout the surgery. I’m extremely bruised and swollen right now, day three after the surgery so I’m looking forward to seeing some great results..

I just had my procedure today, and oh my goodness, what a positive experience it was! From my amazing representative Coleen in Harrisburg, PA and the kind and talented Dr. O at Baltimore, to the amazing staff members and driver service, everyone was simply wonderful. They were so understanding and accommodating of my needs, even stepping in when some logistical problems arise. I can already feel a difference, and am so excited to see my results as the weeks go by.

Today I had my consultation and it was absolutely amazing. I had consultations with other places but by far this was the best. Let’s start by saying the consult was in person and not via phone. I was able to show what parts of my body that I would like to change . All of my questions were answered which left me feeling comfortable with having the procedure.

So far I have only had a consultation, and pre-operative instructions but the customer service, and class the staff has exhibited is impressive. The doctor has an awesome sense of humor and great bedside manner. My nurse Victoria was awesome as well, very personable, warm, and efficient.
